"Due to my deteriorating health, as I can no longer physically inspect properties, I have decided to retire from AIC. Fifty-two years ago, I became a member of AIC. During these years I enjoyed being a member which included serving on the Executive Committee of the London Chapter. I am currently writing my memoirs which brings back fond memories of my career assisted by the three levels of AIC. I would recommend AIC to anyone interested in pursuing a career in real estate appraisals."
